The 2018 Chardonnay has been able to enjoy a pleasant spring, a warm blooming during summer and very dry maturing during the fall. This wine has not been filtered to keep the flavours as natural as possible.

Rosé Brut 2018
Because of the very short contact of the peal with the juice during the wine making process, this wine has a pale pink colour. This Brut has been made according to the Methode Traditionelle and will be maturing ‘sur lie’ for at least 12 months.
